Malcolm, knowing Jennie, texted her that message....he's got a good sense of humor that Mal.....but...If he could only see her now....
Jennie had many hours to kill before her flight at 10 pm tonight...so..I picked her up and took her SHOPPING !
Jennie hits Michaels. The salesgirl loves her accent and that she came all the way over here to shop at their store.
Jennie hits Sur la Table (a kitchen store) and finds stuff for her house and for Malcolm too...wahoo !
Jennie has an East Coast Nathans Famous hot dog and french fries..she loves them !
Jennie makes a brief stop at my houae
Jennie is on her way to the airport right now.....she has goodies....and Malcolm..she didn't put anything down !
ON TO CRAFTS:
I know you were also enjoying some of the Ranger U techniques so here is a brand new one that Tim fell upon and was overly delighted with. It was like his "AHA" moment.
He calls it PEARLIZED DISTRESS. This Ranger U group was the very first to learn about it
1. Ink tag using the blending tool in a light color Distress Ink
2. Dry completely with a heat tool
3. Stamp image using a DISTRESS INK PAD..whatever color you like but contrasting to the color you inked your tag.
4. IMMEDIATELY brush Perfect Pearls over the stamped image. Remember this ink dries quickly so act fast. Believe it or not...the PP will stick to this ink.
6. Dust off any excess.
5. Set the PP by spritzing with water from a Mini Mister. This will cause the distress ink you stamped with to bleed out a bit. The water won't effect the PP, just the underlying ink. It's a pretty neat effect.
6. Use your Heat tool to stop the process once it looks as you'd like it to. The PP remain in place and only the ink under it is affected.
this sample is from Tim. You get the beautiful pearl effect from the PP and some halo color around it.

Oh no Jennie, talk about being BUSTED lol But seeing as you work so hard and are a fab lady i think you deserved to spend every penny, and thank you Suze, how nice of you to do the honours in looking after :O)

Let's play 'Pyramid!'
The clue is : "Put that down, that's too expensive!"
Um... Um... What is: 'Something Suze never tells herself!' Or...What is: 'Something none of us want to hear after reading about new products on Suze's blog?' No? Um... What is : 'Something a friends husband texts his wife when she's shopping with Suze?' Ding, ding, ding!
Love ya, Suze!
